Close your eyes and focus on your breathing, deep breath in slow breath out, allowing your thoughts to roll around your head and disappear on the out breath allowing your body to relax and your mind to remain alert.
On the next in breath – focus on your arms, notice the tension in the muscles, now allow the muscles to relax, feel your hands relax, as you allow yourself to relax deeper and deeper.
On the next in breath focus on your legs, notice the tension in the muscles, now allow the muscles to relax, feel the tension drain from your legs as you relax deeper and deeper.
On the next in breath – focus on your pelvis, feel the tension in the pelvis, on the out breath allow it to relax – as you relax deeper and deeper.
Now focus on the chest area – feel the shallowness of your breath, feel how high it is in your chest, how anxiety and worry is breathed into the chest area – feel yourself deepen your breath as you draw it deeper into your body, as you do, feel a deep sense of relaxation spread through the body as your breathing slows and you begin to release all tension from deep within the body as you relax deeper and deeper.
On the next in breath feel your awareness being drawn in through the throat chakra, your communication centre. Moving along the corridor feel it has a bright blue glow, as you go deeper into this space – see or sense the blue become darker, as you go further and further into this space feel the corridor narrow until it feels like a small space to pass through.
As you reach the other side – feel the corridor has widened again, this is deep within your throat energy and the centre of your space of communication. At the end of the corridor is the room to your crisis communication, as you open the door and go inside – it’s a busy communication centre. There are old fashioned switch boards with operators plugging in phone lines and the centre manager rushing around trying to manage all the crisis lines. See or sense what this is like – who or what is the centre manager?
In your mind ask them what the crisis are that are managed in here and who or what is trying to plug into this part of your world. The centre manager over run, irritated and stressed hasn’t time to speak to you – they’re rushing trying to help operators and solve problems. Notice if the whole place is utterly overwhelmed and how many generations of crisis problems are in here.
In your mind you look to see a panel of lights catches your eye. You realise this is the control panel for all the lines in the room. It has one giant switch on it that says – DO NOT TOUCH in your mind go to it, put your hand on it and flick it off.
As you do – feel the whole room go into darkness – the room goes quiet as all is silent in there. All eyes look to you – no one has ever flicked the big switch before. Say to them all “It’s time for me to know what my values are, you’re all in here because that’s all you’ve known, crisis. I can’t hear what my values are with all this chaos in here. It’s time for you all to leave. “
As you say that – feel all those present start to thank you and say good bye – their energy dissolving and before it does – they show you the brief history through the ages of where crisis had become a way of life – that it was now time for them to lay their ghosts of centuries past.
Feel an expansion through your throat chakra as the space begins to clear – and the room is finally silent, in your mind feel the room begin to fade as you merge back with the energy of your throat chakra, the deep blue colours spreading through your consciousness as you pass through the corridor back into the physical world.
Allowing a deep feeling of calm to spread through your body, In your mind imagine tree roots emanating from the bottom of your feet, imagine them planting into the ground as you feel your awareness sinking deep into your every day world as you focus on your breathing and very gently bring your awareness back into the room and when you are ready – open your eyes.
