Close your eyes and focus on your breathing, deep breath in slow breath out, allowing your thoughts to roll around your head and disappear on the out breath allowing your body to relax and your mind to remain alert.
On the next in breath – focus on your arms, notice the tension in the muscles, now allow the muscles to relax, feel your hands relax, as you allow yourself to relax deeper and deeper.
On the next in breath focus on your legs, notice the tension in the muscles, now allow the muscles to relax, feel the tension drain from your legs as you relax deeper and deeper.
On the next in breath – focus on your pelvis, feel the tension in the pelvis, on the out breath allow it to relax – as you relax deeper and deeper.
Now focus on the chest area – feel the shallowness of your breath, feel how high it is in your chest, how anxiety and worry is breathed into the chest area – feel yourself deepen your breath as you draw it deeper into your body, as you do, feel a deep sense of relaxation spread through the body as your breathing slows and you begin to release all tension from deep within the body as you relax deeper and deeper.
On the next in breath feel your awareness being drawn in through the third eye – the centre of your forehead and find yourself in the internal corridor. If you can’t see then sense. As you go deeper into the third eye corridor start to feel yourself becoming lighter and lighter. As you reach the end of the corridor – push the door open to find yourself flying down a slippery shute. As you reach the end, you drop out into a tank of very clear water. In this space feel your awareness shrink down to the size of a fish and feel yourself able to swim through the very clear water. Feel a suction sensation as the water in the tank starts to drain out, as the fish, you cannot hang on and find yourself pulled with the suction. Allow yourself the sensation of letting go – as you do, feel yourself completely let go.
As you do – feel yourself drain out into the stillness of the nothingness. This is the space of the formation of synchronicity – this is the space in which it all happens. Feel the stillness before the rush of creation.
In this space feel your awareness waking up into the world of synchronicity. As you look around this space – see or sense in front of you a long line of people holding items. The items they are holding or carrying are experiences you’re meant to have in your conscious world. See or sense what they are carrying and what they represent. What is Q-ing up to drop into your conscious world and experiences – ask someone in the line if they are allowed to show you what they’re due to bring in.
Looking around this space – allow yourself to see or sense how much of an experience this energy is, how small your conscious world is by comparison. As you do – begin to feel the suction feeling once again and feely your awareness being sucked back through to the conscious world as you…
Allow a deep feeling of calm to spread through your body, feel your awareness spread through your body from the third eye all the way down to the base. Feel your awareness return to the physical world. In your mind imagine tree roots emanating from the bottom of your feet, imagine them planting into the ground as you feel your awareness sinking deep into your every day world as you focus on your breathing and very gently bring your awareness back into the room and when you are ready – open your eyes.
