Close your eyes and focus on your breathing, deep breath in slow breath out, allowing your thoughts to roll around your head and disappear on the out breath allowing your body to relax and your mind to remain alert.
On the next in breath – focus on your arms, notice the tension in the muscles, now allow the muscles to relax, feel your hands relax, as you allow yourself to relax deeper and deeper.
On the next in breath focus on your legs, notice the tension in the muscles, now allow the muscles to relax, feel the tension drain from your legs as you relax deeper and deeper.
On the next in breath – focus on your pelvis, feel the tension in the pelvis, on the out breath allow it to relax – as you relax deeper and deeper.
Now focus on the chest area – feel the shallowness of your breath, feel how high it is in your chest, how anxiety and worry is breathed into the chest area – feel yourself deepen your breath as you draw it deeper into your body, as you do, feel a deep sense of relaxation spread through the body as your breathing slows and you begin to release all tension from deep within the body as you relax deeper and deeper.
On the next in breath feel your awareness being drawn in through the third eye – the centre of your forehead and find yourself in the internal corridor. If you can’t see then sense. Feel yourself moving along the corridor going deep into the energy of the third eye. As you go deeper along the corridor feel your awareness reach the end of the corridor where there are two doors in front of you.
The door on the left has someone stood outside it, this person represents the energy of a fixed mindset, notice who it is in your life who represents a fixed mindset where things are immoveable, they believe everything is fixed and cannot change. Notice who it is who guards this door.
The door on the right – has someone stood outside it, they represent the energy of your growth mindset. See or sense who this is, they represent stretching yourself outside of what you know and want to take you on life’s adventure.
Choosing the door to the right – the guide opens the door to let you in. As you go inside, this space represents your growth mindset. As you look around, in your mind let yourself see who or what is in there. Deep in this space is a golden table, on the table is a large book. In your mind go towards the table and open the book, as you do, the pages come alive with images of representations of prosperity consciousness. What it is you are meant to gather through your life but have at present thought it wasn’t possible.
As you open the centre of the book – a bird flies out. In your mind look to see or sense what bird it is. The bird represents your prosperity consciousness, allow yourself to see or sense what bird it is, the colours, it trails a ribbon behind it, in your mind grab the ribbon. Written on it are words describing what needs to adjust in your fixed mindset to allow prosperity in. Allow yourself to read it.
Allow a deep feeling of calm to spread through your body, as you drift back through the third eye to your conscious awareness. Feel your awareness return to the physical world. In your mind imagine tree roots emanating from the bottom of your feet, imagine them planting into the ground as you feel your awareness sinking deep into your every day world as you focus on your breathing and very gently bring your awareness back into the room and when you are ready – open your eyes.
