For many Intuitive-Sensitive People (iSPs), hiding has become second nature.
Not because you want to disappear, but because somewhere along the way, you learned it was safer to not be fully seen.
You’ve made yourself easier to be around. You’ve absorbed others’ needs before your own. You’ve blended in. Not too visible, not too vocal.
But the problem with hiding is that you end up disappearing from your own life.
If you’ve ever felt a quiet discomfort when attention falls on you, that’s the old conditioning whispering that visibility isn’t safe.
But your strength doesn’t have to be loud. It can be rooted, calm and certain. You don’t have to play small to stay safe.
Your sensitivity isn’t the problem. Hiding it is. Hiding keeps you from experiencing connection, joy, and the natural authority that comes when you stand fully in who you are.
Sharon Stone, known for her Hollywood success, has lived through the experience of rebuilding after being pushed aside. Following her stroke in 2001, she lost her career, her place in the industry, and the identity others expected of her.
She said:
“When I lost everything, I found out what I was made of. That’s when your authenticity shows up — when there’s nothing left to hide behind.”
Her story reminds us that power isn’t about performing a role. It’s about standing in your truth when there’s nothing left to prove.
This is your invitation to stop hiding behind what feels comfortable, and start standing firmly in who you really are.
