  1. Name the pressure.
    Write one plain sentence: “I feel pushed to ___.”
  2. Breathe once.
    Ask: “What here is truly mine?”
  3. Act only on what feels steady.
    If it feels rushed or heavy, pause. That is noise.
    If it feels grounded and exact, move. That is clarity.
