On the Serengeti, when Gazelle number 3 and number 8 start to move, the rest of the herd have learned they should follow.
Biologists have found that this Highly Sensitive trait exists in at least 100 species, and it’s considered a survival strategy; an early warning system.
The Highly Sensitive animal or human is extra aware.
The rest of the herd will find themselves following the actions of these sensitive protectors, who are observant enough to know when to move and when to keep still.
In humans this Highly Sensitive trait has been largely overlooked and sidelined, and as a result, the people who possess it feel there’s something wrong with them – and their sensitivity impacts their self-esteem.
As we navigate through an era of great transformation, our roles as Influencers of the Future become even more critical.
However, I have come to believe it's not the influence we have on others that matters most, but rather the influence we have on ourselves.
Let me explain…
By better understanding, parenting, and nurturing our inner worlds, we can shape a tomorrow that reflects the best of who we are. When we better understand ourselves, through inner work, we grow as individuals.
I believe our inner worlds, our unconscious selves, are treasure troves of understanding, growth, and transformation.
By delving deep into these spaces, we learn more about ourselves, our strengths, our fears, and our dreams. This understanding can bring alignment and balance to our lives, offering us greater fulfilment and happiness.
But how do we do this?
You possess the gift of intuitive-sensitivity, a superpower that allows you to navigate these inner worlds with unique prowess.
Your ability to understand your unconscious, to make sense of the patterns that govern your life, is your secret weapon. It can lead you to a life of alignment and self-realisation.
I believe empowering your inner world will lead to outer success.
I’m only one person, how can I possibly be an influencer of the future?
I believe by harnessing this power it doesn't only benefit you. The inner peace and alignment you achieve resonate with the world around you, contributing positively to the collective consciousness.
The energy you nurture within yourself ultimately influences the world that is being shaped every day by you and your fellow Intuitive-Sensitives.
Embrace this journey.
Realise the incredible influence you hold, not just on your own life, but also on the future we are all collectively creating.
I believe your intuitive-sensitivity is not just your greatest asset; it's a powerful tool for the betterment of our world.
I believe by elevating our individual consciousness, we can raise our collective awareness, leading us to a future that mirrors the best in all of us.
So, how can you embark on this journey of self-discovery and personal growth?
Here are 3 simple things you can do starting today:
Pay attention to your feelings: Notice when you're feeling particularly sensitive, and instead of pushing these feelings away, welcome them. Listen to what they're trying to tell you
Consider keeping a journal: Write about your experiences, feelings, and reactions to different situations. This can help you identify patterns and better understand your intuitive-sensitive nature
Practice self-care: Your sensitivity might make you more susceptible to exhaustion or stress, so ensure you're prioritising rest, healthy boundaries, and activities that nourish you. Remember, this journey is unique to everyone, and it's about progress, not perfection
Since 1996, I've been on a mission, fuelled by a heartfelt conviction to offer what I once longed to receive.
My journey has led me to dedicate my life to guiding Intuitive-Sensitive People (iSP), providing tools, insights, and resources to help you uncover your authentic self.
I've devoted countless hours to creating valuable content, most of which is available to you at no cost. However, it's not just about presenting you with information - the content.
More importantly, it's about the context in which that information is understood and applied. I'm a strong believer in the saying, 'no-one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care.'
To me, care is evident in the careful thought and consideration given to providing context for each piece of information I share with you.
To clarify this idea, let's consider an example...
Imagine you're trying to lose weight.
The 'content' would be the tips and techniques such as counting calories, exercising regularly, eating balanced meals etc. However, without context, these tips remain disconnected pieces of advice.
The 'context' is the 'why' behind these tips. It provides a meaningful framework, explaining why it's crucial for your health to maintain an optimal weight, the long-term benefits, and the implications of ignoring these practices.
It's the context that motivates you, encourages you to invest time and effort into understanding and implementing the advice - the content.
In an era where information is abundant and often free, what people are truly willing to invest in - be it their time, attention, or money - is the context. The context makes the content relevant, meaningful, and ultimately, more valuable. That's the essence of what I provide and why I do what I do.
My content dives deep, connecting each piece to the next, forming a holistic, comprehensive narrative. This is possible because everything I produce ties back in some way to the Universal knowledge of the Tree of Life.
Recently, my website has undergone a significant overhaul, and I'm meticulously organising all my work to ensure that most of it remains accessible and free of charge.
I understand only a small fraction of individuals will choose to work with me in one-to-one services. This select group essentially funds the cost-free content that benefits so many others, so if you are a Heidi Unlimited Client, thank you.
I realise working with me one-on-one is an investment, which begs the question - why have more than 6,000 people chosen this path since 1996?
My clients often say, “10 minutes with you, Heidi, is like 10 years of psychotherapy.”
Of all the accomplishments these sessions have facilitated, my proudest moment is when I assisted using my intuition to avert an economic catastrophe in a major European country.
We are the Gazelle number 3s and number 8s of this world. We are the herd’s early warning system. It is time to step out of the shadows, speak up - and shine.
At some point you find yourself standing on the metaphorical ‘platform’ of life, waiting for your train; your opportunity to live an authentic life.
A train arrives, the doors open and you freeze. Thoughts of should I, shouldn’t I, am I good enough, what if I want to get off, flash through your head.
But you don’t have long to decide because you hear the familiar beeps informing you the doors are about to close.
Do you step aboard the Transformation Train?
Remember Gazelle number 28 from the start of this manifesto? When Gazelle number 3 and number 8 moved Gazelle number 28 froze. Gazelle number 28 stayed on the ‘platform’.
It is time to make a decision and get on the Transformation Train.
Here are 3 ways I can help you:
Start here and gain a deeper understanding of how context can give meaningful depth to the content
Work with me in the capacity you can afford. Know that investing in yourself isn't merely an expense, but a long-term investment in your growth and happiness. Many of my clients have taken this path and documented their transformations. They have all seen life-changing transformative shifts in their lives
And now, a note on my sign-off - “With love”
It may seem unusual, especially if we're just getting acquainted. Yet, having collected more than 100,000 email addresses and sent over 25 million permission-based emails since 2002, I've consistently signed off with these words.
I remember being in a room full of fellow business owners who found it amusing. But I remained unwavering in my conviction, steadfast in my belief that we are all interconnected.
I strive to treat others as I wish to be treated, fostering a ripple effect of kindness and compassion.
So, it is with this belief and intent I sign off...
