Follow These Instructions for Gmail:

1. Login to your inbox online to locate an email from Heidi Sawyer (Support@HeidiSawyer.com) you might need to find it in your “promotions” tab

2. Click once and then drag this email to the “primary” tab of your inbox.

3. Click on your Primary tab, you’ll notice this email and all future emails from Heidi will now go to your primary folder
