Accommodation all inclusive
You will be my personal house guest in my home in France. You will receive the family meals which are prepared in a semi- French manner and you will be able to help yourself to breakfast with tea, coffee and soft drinks available through the day.
Collection for you from designated aiports in France is included.
Please book your flight upon confirmation of your booking. We can book your flight for you at no additional charge at the best airline fare available at the time of booking.
All payments are by Visa or MasterCard
* Your monthly payments will be automated. If booked with less than the required months to the event, final payments must conclude minimum 14 days prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy
When only the initial deposit has been paid
Initial booking deposits are a 100% transferable to an alternative event or are refundable with a 25% administration fee should you cancel before your second payment. Flight costs are non-refundable unless the flight has been cancelled.
In the event of a second or subsequent payment
Initial booking deposits are 100% transferable to an alternative event but are non refundable should you cancel after your second payment. Second payments and subsequent payments are 100% refundable in the event of cancellation within 6 weeks of the event taking place.
In the event of the retreat being cancelled
All fees paid direct to Heidi Sawyer are 100% refundable.

What happens if my flight is cancelled?
In the case of cancelation of flight, alternative event dates will be offered subject to availability. No additional charges will be made to any transfer. Airlines at present offer transfer or refund on tickets, in the event that any alternative flight dates offered are not acceptable then a full refund of monies paid is available subject to a small administration charge. All refunds are made to the same credit card for the original payments.

You need to make your own insurance arrangements before travelling, the airlines offer insurance or you can book your own.
Easy Jet: London Gatwick to Montpellier
Your checked in bag must be below 20kg. EasyJet are a ticketless airline so you will need to go back into your booking to add your passport details and print your boarding pass.
Please arrive at the departure gate by the gate closing time at the latest, this is usually 30 minutes before the plane is due to leave. If you have any disability especially with steps then you must inform when booking if you need Special Assistance.
EasyJet are strictly one item of hand luggage, this includes money pouches and handbags. As long as your hand luggage fits the dimensions of the size you are allowed it can be as heavy as you like.
Remember, France is on European central time so is one hour ahead of the UK and Ireland. This means your arrival time is one hour ahead. EasyJet arrivals land on Friday at 15.30 and depart from Montpellier on Monday at 16.00. You will be met at and dropped back to the airport in time for your flight.
Ryan Air: Dublin or London Stansted to Carcassonne
Ryan Air is a ticketless airline so you will need to add your passport details and print your boarding pass. If you do not print your boarding card at least 4 hours prior to your journey, they will charge you at the airport.
Please arrive at the departure gate by the gate closing time at the latest. Most of these flights start to board before the official gate closing time. This is usually 30 minutes before the plane is due to leave. If you have any disability especially with steps then you must inform when booking if you need Special Assistance.
Ryan Air are strictly one item of hand luggage, this includes money pouches and handbags. Your hand luggage needs to fit the dimensions of what is allowed and it must be less than 10kg. Your checked in bag must be less than 15kg. Weigh your bags on your bathroom scales to make sure. If you are over they will charge you at the airport.

You will be met at and dropped back to the airport in time for your flight. If arriving on any flight not listed from the above airports we suggest you reserve a hire-car as we are unable to provide transfers from alternative airport locations unless by arrangement.
Price of flights
Flights are in addition to the retreat costs. Air travel prices at time of booking. We will book the correct flights for you, unless you specify you would like to do it yourself. Flights can range from being very low (£70 return) to moderate (£200 return) depending on when they are booked. We do though make the retreats outside of peak school holiday seasons. Flights to and from Ireland are usually a little bit more. We will secure your flight prior to taking your payment.
Insurance
European travel insurance covering medical expenses is essential. If you don't currently have this, it is possible to book it when paying for your flight at an additional cost but we prefer you arrange your own insurance cover. You may be required to provide proof of medical cover prior to your visit.You must carry your HEALTH CARD if you have not got your essential European Health Card apply here.

Car: Road A71 from Paris to Clermont Ferrand then A75/N9 to Lodeve on the new autoroute across the Millau bridge.
