Intense and profound change
The retreats are for suitable if you are seeking intense and profound change over a short period of time. All my events are directed towards a comfortable environment where you feel very looked after whilst receiving the most amazing experience within a stunning setting. You will be my personal guest in my home but as private as possible. You will feel rested, experience deep change, and be able to move forward ready to accept new experiences.
Spiritual home
The French retreats are held in my home in the South of France in the Mediterranean region of Languedoc. The villa, Les Tours Carrèes, is positioned in the vineyard heart of the Larzac Plateau, which has been known for hundreds of years as one of the most spiritual areas of Europe.
The Tibetian Buddhists felt so at home in the area they constructed the largest temple and retreat centre outside Asia blessed by the Dalai Lama.
My motivation in life has been to help empower people to make good choices in their lives and to help motivate those who just need a bit of encouragement and support in order to shine.
In order to live a balanced, happy life, I firmly believe a healthy trust in your intuitive instincts pushes you to new heights as a person. All you need is some belief in yourself.
I am about drawing that key skill out into people's lives through a supportive environment and empowerment. I do not encourage reliance, I encourage people to feel supported enough to have the courage to do what it is they have always wanted.
My tool is to help give trust in the deepest instincts and develop faith in yourself. Once this is in place, you automatically change what you want to change. It comes naturally.

To be proud of whom we are as a sensitive. This is about enabling your faith in your own instincts, to place fear in its correct position.
In this space we can live a wholesome life with fantastic relationships. I believe in the basic principles of self-empowerment. This is why I get up in the morning.
My retreats offer a protected space, where you feel looked after enough to allow yourself to adjust and grow enormously within a short period of time. You will meet others like you, grow new friendships, and receive the material I only offer to small groups.
Choose from the experiences listed. Bookings are by an application process to make sure, the retreat and the deep change it offers is right for you. Flights are available from Gatwick into Montpellier Méditerranée or Dublin and Stansted to Carcassonne. All retreats are exclusive of flights
