You are about to start the application process to secure your place on a France retreat with Heidi in 2012
This is what happens next:
Step 1: Complete your application form with your answers and details. You are able to apply to attend more than one retreat, simply tick as required. Deposit £100
Step 2: We will call you to arrange the booking of your flights, which we can do on your behalf at no extra charge. Air travel prices at time of booking. Please do not book flights without confirmation that your application has been successful.
Step 3: We will setup your own individual payment schedule through our secure order form.
Step 4: You will receive a confirmation email from us, including the dates of your payment schedule.
Step 5: Please ensure your passport, travel insurance and European Health card are valid to cover the complete time of travel.
Step 6: Two weeks before the event date you will be emailed final details. At this time you will need to organise your own 'web check-in' with the airline and find a way to print off your own boarding pass, even if we have booked your flight.
Step 7: We will meet you at the airport in France and drop you back to the same airport in plenty of time for your return flight.

- Dublin (DUB) -> Carcassonne (CCF) arrives Friday at 12.30, departs Monday at 12.55.
